Two friends,
one dream

Forty-five years of friendship led us here, to this table by the bay

Built on decades of friendship and shared purpose

Origins

Casa Cataño was built on a friendship that began more than 45 years ago in Levittown, Puerto Rico. What started as conversations between friends eventually became a shared vision: creating a place where good food, community, and Puerto Rican pride come together by the bay.

Today, Casa Cataño brings together fresh seafood, handmade pasta, wine, music, and the spirit of gathering with family and friends. More than a restaurant, it is a place created to celebrate Cataño, Puerto Rico, and the people who make it special.

Where the bay meets the table

Location

Casa Cataño sits on the water's edge, looking out at San Juan Bay and El Morro. It is a place built for lingering, for watching the light change on the water while good food arrives and conversation flows.

What we stand for and why

Foundation

Casa Cataño was built on three things that matter. They are not complicated, but they are real.

Friendship and
community first

Two men carried a dream for forty-five
years before building it.

and the people who shaped them.
